It began in the Essen-Borbeck working district in the heart of the Ruhr area. Heinrich Deichmann, born in 1888, opened a shoemaker shop, which he ran together with his wife Julie. As a part-time sales assistant, you will support our store team on a 10-20 hour per week basis. In the store you will take on a variety of tasks such as customer service, receiving goods and cashier activities. For your commitment you will receive a fair payment as well as additional bonuses.

As a store manager, you will be actively involved in day-to-day business and will be responsible for organization, personnel and vacation planning, and analysis of sales figures, etc. You take responsibility for the employees and tasks entrusted to you.

As a warehouse clerk, you will be responsible for receiving and putting away goods before the store opens. You support the store team by taking responsibility for the warehouse organization, for which you will be rewarded with a fair salary and financial benefits.
You will fit in with us if you are punctual and reliable and can be deployed flexibly from Monday to Saturday in the morning and at lunchtime.

As an e-commerce intern, you will support the digital team in the implementation and execution of operational and strategic e-commerce projects. You will conduct various researches and analyses to identify challenges and potentials within the e-commerce context. In addition, you will be actively involved in the development of ideas and provide oppperative support in the design of new projects.

As a database administrator, you will support our team in managing numerous single instance and RAC environments. You analyze the performance of database and SQL statements and are responsible for the backup and recovery of database objects using RMAN.
You fit into the team if you are confident in using the LINUX shell and bash scripts as well as SQL and PL/SQL. Well-founded knowledge in the area of database performance analysis and tuning complete your profile.
Your tasks as a security engineer are the operation and further development of the existing Linux server landscape. In addition, you will develop concepts for vulnerability and patch management, access authorizations and system hardening. You will also support the implementation of IT security guidelines. In addition to the continuous development and monitoring of IT security in the Linux area, you will support the analysis and defense of security incidents in the context of service management.
You fit to us if you have profound knowledge in the areas of Linux server security, Linux security modules, configuration management, containers and software packaging. Certifications in the area of Linux as well as expertise in the area of monitoring and automation round off your profile.
As an IT system administrator, you are part of our team of administrators and jointly responsible for the operation of our data centers. In your role, you will ensure the operation of our LINUX server landscape and continuously develop it further. In the area of open source technologies you are always up to date and push topics such as automation and container technologies.
You are a good fit for us if you are familiar with various LINUX derivatives, including SLES and CentOS, and have solid knowledge of operating large virtual infrastructures in hybrid scenarios Scripting experience (e.g. Python or Bash). Experience in Ansible, Puppet, etc. rounds out your profile.
